For the past 8 years, Max has worked closely in the the market of architectural homes and design-centric properties. He is a senior partner and has a keen understanding of contract language, powerful negotiation skills and a well-honed craft of identifying a property’s pros and cons regardless of  location or price point. Throughout his career Max has never been neighborhood or property specific but rather people specific. His distinctive philosophy and approach are defined by a firm understanding of his client’s needs and desires and the creation of a strategy that enables his clients to meet their goals. He will explain to you what is good about the property and what is bad based upon his expertise and experience and weigh it with you against your goals; you, then decide what’s best for you. Max is an alumnus of Webb, the prestigious boarding school located in Claremont, Ca. He earned his BA from Davidson College, a top ten liberal arts school known for its honor code and academic excellence.
