After studies in Construction management at UCLA Rick worked as a superintendent for Hospitality Construction, specializing in the restoration and building of Historic hotels such as The Mission Inn in Riverside California.

Tired of traveling, Rick focused his attention closer to home (Los Angeles) and began working for Mike Deasy of Mossler Deasy & Doe in 1992. After 6 months of assisting Mike he studied for his Real Estate license and began selling on his own.

With 18 Years of successful sales Rick has sold Millions of dollars in Real Estate, from the Hollywood Hills to Malibu, North to Santa Barbara. Recently Rick has been the exclusive sales agent for 10 Palms in Hollywood, Ca nine upscale condominiums designed by renowned architect, Clive Wilkinson. Living and working in the West Hollywood & Beverly Hills area, he has extensive experience and connection to the areas community and focus clientele.
